Returns And Exchanges

LovedOnesUrns.com is an online e-commerce distribution Company of goods and products from many related wholesale suppliers and artists. Often those products are scattered to various categories on our site.

Each Supplier has been given an identification number/code on each product on the site directly under the SKU number called a label. Each supplier has furnished a copy of their return policies and are published here to be found by that label just mentioned. To locate the policy for the supplier whose product(s) you have chosen look for the label number/code assigned to that company. Each product falls under the rules and policies separate from LovedOnesUrns but for that company/supplier of your chosen product- for example "20u-n", then you would refer to that company's return policy. 

When buying product(s) always take the time to check the published return policy for the company/supplier of your chosen product(s). At times on our site you may purchase items from more than one supplier. It is your responsibility to become familiar with each of the return policies for the companies you are getting products from.

Since LovedOnesUrns does not directly ship the orders, the supplier company does that - we are always at your call to assist with questions, guidance or concerns you may have. Always follow the returns and policies as instructed and to examine the items received at arrival. All of the suppliers urge you to always keep original shipping boxes and packing as received, as instructed by the shipping company. 

Dealing with several supplier companies gives our customers a wider range of available products. This allows for purchasing products from different suppliers for one purpose - a unique shopping experience. Thus many more supplier companies to chose products from on one site - a special online shopping experience not possible before.

The label/code helps us in processing your order. This first one 1a-s return policy states if you receive a defective item or for some reason you are not pleased with your item, then call LovedOnesUrns 1(877) 236-7615 and they will arrange to have a packing label so that you can return the item for replacement or refund. Urns can be returned only if unused and in resalable condition. The original packing is required whenever possible. The return postage/shipping costs may be deducted from any refund. Damages, claims and returns must be reported within 15 days of receipt of shipments. In this case all claims, credits and returns require prior authorization from supplier. All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee - unless there is a product defect found in the product, all return un-engraved items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, as well as any shipping costs. All return item amounts will be paid in the form of a merchandise credit with the supplier's store. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.   • You will be satisfied at the quality this supplier builds into each product. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, give us a call at 1(877) 236-7615 or email us at lovedonesurns@gmail.com within 10 business days of receiving your purchase and provide us with a brief description of the reason for your return. There are refund requirements: 
  • Item to be returned, in an un-used and resellable condition.
  • Item to be returned is in original packaging/shipping container or equal or better quality as received otherwise a restocking fee would be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • Item to be returned must not have been personalized/engraved.
  • The customer is responsible for return packing/shipping charges  and must insure the item for the purchase price.
  • Please include your contact details such as: your name, address, telephone number, email and invoice number of the item(s) being returned so we can process your return quickly; and we are able to contact you if we have further questions. Your credit card will be credited the net amount of that product refund.
  • Returned & Exchanges of Damaged items

Since each piece of glass artwork will always be different and unique and the fact that it contains human remains it cannot be returned. If damage occurred in shipping or needs a repair after purchase initiate a repair claim. You must email lovedoneurns@gmail.com and tell him what happened. Please enclose a picture of the broken piece. From this supplier will determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.  We need to point out that this the warranty of this supplier states that the glass keepsake is warranted against breakage as long as the purchaser owns it. You will be given an address to ship the broken piece to. Include $7.00 for return shipping. 

He signs your loved ones name in 22 K gold that is fused into the glass in the Kiln. This can eventually rub off in time. To prevent this from happening apply a thin coat of clear nail polish over the area once or twice a year. Sorry, we do not warranty the silver snake chain. 9k-s Return Policy

GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES

Please call 1(877)-236-7615 to make arrangements for all returns.  Products must be returned in good, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Damaged products must be reported within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Custom or personalized orders are NOT returnable.

 Stock Product Return Policy

For items that ship from the the supplier's warehouse, you will need a Return Authorization # and Call-Tag will be issued if an item is defective, damaged, or was shipped in error.  An exchange for the product or a credit will be issued when returned within 30 days of receipt of product.  A Return Authorization # must be issued for this supplier's products you wish to return that are NOT defective or damaged. All returns of this nature must be made within 30 days of date of delivery to avoid a restocking fee. Once the product is returned to the supplier, you will receive credit for the items returned, minus any shipping charges. After 30 days from the receipt of the product(s), you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.  No Stock-Product returns will be accepted after 6 months from date of purchase.

 Non-Stock Return Policy

To return product that is sent directly to you from the manufacturer, please notify lovedonesurns within 7 days of receipt so we can obtain return authorization approval from the supplier/manufacturer.  If the return is approved by the manufacturer, credit will be issued once the product is received.  For returns other than for defects, damages, or shipping errors, manufacturer restocking fees (up to 30%) and shipping charges will be deducted from your credit.  Most manufacturers require returns within 30 days of delivery in order to be considered for credit.

Fresh products (flowers, plants, trees, balloons, personalized and fragile products cannot be returned. If quality does not meet your expectations, products are covered by the company guarantee. Since each piece of artwork crystal is very unique and different from another due to the body composition, thus each piece will look different. The return policy for any damaged item is as follows: 

  • All items must be inspected for defects or damage upon arrival of your shipped items from lovedonesurns in 7 business days of receipt  or they will not be eligible for return, credit or replacement.
  • Defect products due to quality issues will be replaced at no charge. The supplier will exchange products for like merchandise provided the returned merchandise is in sellable, unused condition and is returned in the original packaging  material.
  • Shipping costs or exchanged merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to shipment of merchandise from warehouse. If products have been shipped, shipping costs will not be refunded, plus purchasers are responsible for charges incurred to ship products back to the supplier.

No returns or refunds will be made or granted. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis, unless the item has been engraved/monogrammed in that instance exchanges aren't available. We guarantee our products 100%. You may return most new, un-engraved items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Personalized items are not refundable, but if an error is made on our part in the personalization we will correct the error in a way that meets your satisfaction.

If you received a damaged item we'll take care of it for you. Please contact us immediately so that we can process a damage claim with the shipping company. If the damage claim is not done in a timely fashion the receiver takes responsibilty for the damages. On refunds you expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The transit time for us to receive your return from you (5  to 10 business days) the time it takes us to process your return once we receive the urn (1-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request - usually 3 to 5 business days.

This supplier will allow products to be returned in the same package and in good condition within 5 days of receipt of product. If the product is received with damage, it is to be refused after pictures are taken by the the customer and immediately emailed to lovedonesurns@gmail.com so they can forward them to the supplier who will contact the shipper (UPS), FEDEX, USPS) for filing  a claim for refund of the shipping charge due to the damage.
