This handmade ceramic "Cattle Boss" cowboy urn is a natural addition to the wall mounted decor in your home and exudes a rustic, earthy beauty while discreetly providing space for your loved one's remains inside the cattle bust. The husband-and-wife sculpture art team which created this unique cowboy cremation urn strives to improve on the notion of the typical funeral urn form, by creating art which is off the beaten path yet down-to-earth and relevant to the realities of your life. These kiln-fired wall mounted cowboy urns are clear and pointed in subject, yet remain discreet in function. Handcrafted, hand painted, and finished with a lovely bronze glaze.
The inside of the "Cattle Boss" bull cattle head urn is accessed by a panel cut from the backside of the bust. The hatch is cut from the ceramic during the creation of the urn. After placing the remains into the urn (inside the plastic bag in which they come), the rear panel should be reattached using a permanent adhesive such as silicone or super glue. This handmade cowboy urn has a maximum capacity of 185 cubic inches. Ideal for the ranch house, rustic den, or over a fireplace.
While you can place this Cowboy Cremation Urn wherever you choose, it was designed to be hung on the walls of your home. The memorial piece was constructed with a high-temperature wire hanger kiln-fired within the ceramic clay and has been tested to hold weights of over 100 lbs (the ceramic urn itself weighs roughly 4.7-4.8 lbs, and when the remains are added will weigh between 7-9 lbs).
Please note: As each wall mounted ceramic art urn is individually handmade, each piece will be distinct. You may find slight, very minor variations from what is shown, this is normal and highlights the unique beauty of each piece.

Wall mounting details
This wall-mounted bull cattle urn is made to include a high-temperature wire hanger which is kiln-fired into the back of the wall mountable art piece. Please use care when selecting a wall hanging location; we recommend that you provide an adequate sized (i.e., 1-2”) screw driven into a wall stud. If the selected location for the wall mounted cowboy cattle urn is not convenient where a stud falls, be sure to use a sturdy drywall hanger. Hardware and home improvement stores have drywall hangers with various weight ratings, we advise using a minimum 20 lb. hanger even though the urn with remains will be only about 8 lbs (roughly). If using a drywall hanger, carefully read the instructions provided by the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by failure to properly hang the ceramic cremation urn with the greatest of care.
